 1. Booking Policy
     • All bookings can only be made in writing: by fax or email.
     • When a booking is made, we will send a Booking Confirmation.
     • The booking will be treated as TENTATIVE BOOKING only until deposit is received within 3 days after issuance of booking confirmation, then the
        booking becomes a CONFIRMED BOOKING.

 2. Check in & Check out Policy
     • Check in time : 14:00 PM
     • Check out time : 12.00 PM
     • Late check out time :surcharge will apply

 3. Deposit Payments
     • Deposit payments are non refundable
     • 50% Deposit Payment is required to secure bookings within 3 working days of issuance of Booking Confirmation.

 4. Final Payment
     • Remaining 50% final payment must be received must be received 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

 5. Payments
     • Deposit Payments may be transferred to designated bank account as stated in Booking Confirmation.
     • Payments may also be made through creditcard as Mastercard or Visa.


 6. Cancellation Policy
     • All cancellations must be notified in writing
     • 50% of total rental amount will apply if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
     • 100% of total rental amount will apply if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

 7. Booking Changes
     • Changes to bookings must be made in writing and is subject to availability.
     • Changes to bookings less than 30 days, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.

 8. Insurance
      We strongly recommend guest to carry comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect guest and all those
      accompanying guest for the full time of their visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft,
      cancellation and other travel contingencies.

 9. Loss or Damage
      Guests are expected to keep villa in good condition and treat the villas with respect and consideration.
      Guests are responsible for damages, breakages and losses to property during their stay, and will be required to pay for the replacement of items
      and extra cleaning where applicable.
      The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of Guest's property, thus guest should take their utmost care of their property.

10. Number of Guests
      Number of guests staying in the villa may not exceed the maximum number as indicated for the villa.

11. Disclaimers
      The management will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expenses or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly
      by events outside of our control such as late arrival of international flights,civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of
      Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
